2. Provision of the website and server logs
The website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH. When the website is accessed, the web server processes connection data that is technically required. This includes, in particular, the IP address of the accessing device. The server logs may also contain the time of access, the requested file, the transfer status, and information about the technical environment of the request.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain stable and secure operation, and detect technical errors or abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.
According to its documentation, Host Europe retains archived Apache logs for the cPanel hosting service used for 14 days and then deletes them. Where data is required for longer to prevent or investigate a specific security incident, it may be retained until the necessary investigation has been completed.
We do not evaluate the Webalizer and AWStats web statistics provided by Host Europe for analysis or marketing purposes. Their data sets will be deleted in a controlled process before the public launch and regularly thereafter.
3. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide to respond to your inquiry and conduct further communication. The specific data processed depends on the content of your message.
If your inquiry concerns a potential or existing contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business or professional inquiries are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling of communications addressed to us.
We use mailbox.org, a service of Heinlein Hosting GmbH, for email communication. The provider processes email data on our behalf. Depending on the configuration, messages may be subject to automated security, spam, and virus checks.
We retain the communication for as long as required to process the inquiry and any subsequent business relationship. Statutory retention duties may require longer storage. When the purpose no longer applies and no retention duty remains, the data is deleted.

This website does not use cookies or local browser storage. We do not use audience measurement, marketing tracking, or advertising networks.

Processing is based on data processing agreements where such an agreement is required by law.
No transfer of personal data to recipients outside the European Union or European Economic Area is intended through services directly embedded by us in this website.
